I took a few days off to regroup and collect my thoughts. I am in a much better place. I believe that everyone should take time off. Especially, when you are dealing with stressful life situations (job loss, foreclosure, debt, etc.) I know in your mind you may think you can't but taking a break even if it is for an hour can do a lot for your mental health. So, if you are in a place where you don't think you can handle anything more or you are so stressed out you aren't being helpful then take a break. That is my advice.
This is easier said then done because when I was in debt I was thinking about debt all day long everyday. I could never give myself a break from of all of the worry and stress. But last week I was feeling the same way. I just couldn't bring myself to do anything. I just needed to be alone and regroup.
